They are both Apostolic Churches meaning they can trace their churches history back to one of the original Apostles. We both believe in the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist after this I am not sure.

In terms of liturgical richness, perhaps, there are similarities between the two. In terms of the doctrinal, however, a chasm separates the two. Roman Catholicism has always insisted in the duality of Christ’s nature- that He was both God and man. The Coptic Church, however, originated from the Monophysite Movement of the 4th century A.D. – a group of Christians that believed Jesus Christ was only divine.

Nika, try not typing in ALL CAPS, you come across as a little nuts, especially to English (only) speakers since it is clear (I pray) that English is not your first language.
And of course you believe in some things that the RC’s do. You believe that Jesus Christ was the only-begotten Son of God, yes? You believe that the Bible is inspired of God, yes? You believe that Mary was a virgin when she bore the child Jesus, and remained so thereafter, yes? You believe that God created the heavens and the earth, yes? The RC’s believe these things as well.
Why are you so desperate to find differences between the Orthodox and the RC’s? Certainly there are many differences, but there are quite a few similarities, even beyond those mentioned above. They have reasons for believing what they do, just as you do, and I’d bet that they are as sincere as we are. Does God not love them because they are mistaken? Do you think that he will condemn them to hell because they honestly desired to follow Christ but were misled somehow?
Certainly, if someone deliberately chooses to pervert the message of the Lamb of God, it would be better for them if they had never been born. But I do not honestly think that that is the case with the vast majority of RC’s. Perhaps their leaders are guilty, but perhaps they were honestly trying to follow Christ. God knows, and God will judge, not you and not me.

There are many similarities such as the use of iconography in church/worship, priesthood, sacraments, saints, etc. There are actually more similarities than differences. The differences are that Coptics do not have an infallible Pope (their supreme leadership on earth is a council). While the Pope exists in Coptic Orthodoxy, he doesn’t have the last say if he said something inconsistent with Biblical or Apostolic teaching. Also, Coptic Orthodoxy does not believe in marriage of unbelievers. Further, St. Mary is believed to have the original sin in Coptic Orthodoxy. Lastly, there is no purgatory for Coptic Orthodoxy. I think there may be other differences, but not many, those are by far the key areas I believe.
You can also check out the sermon series "Back to Basics" theology which outlines many of the similarities and differences and church history from a rather objective point of view: http://orthodoxsermons.org/search/apachesolr_search/%22Back%20to%20Basics%22
