		<description>Yes, you&#039;re onto something and there is much, much more.  We Orthodox connect Christ&#039;s incarnation, death, resurrection, and ascension.  Christ became incarnate so that humanity was joined to divinity and so that he might conquer death.  When He ascended, humanity entered heaven with Him.  We&#039;re also uncomfortable with abstract discussions of theosis.  Theology is life in Christ, not an academic discipline.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
