What is your opinion that supreme court has no protestant supreme court judges?

Currently there’s 6 Catholic and 3 Jewish (1 would be the replacement) consider they had the power to shake religion impact in the country, yet there’s no one represent Protestant. 51% of american are protestant, 23% are cathoic and only 1% are jewish.

first of all, stating the name of the country you are referring to might help. (although since you are ignorant of the fact that this is an international forum, im guessing you are from the u.s.)

secondly, i am very glad the u.s. is a secularized country and no one has to give a crap about the religion or denomination of judges

Since the US has a secular government and religion should never enter into any supreme court decision in the first place, I don’t think it matters. I’d prefer if they were all atheists.

As I look over the government, including judiciary, I say "God help us" !

What about the 15% non religious? Protestants have had plenty of representation. I guess it’s only bad if your religious group is not represented. Who cares about any other group.

Just in case you forgot about article 6 in the U.S. Constitution

"There shall be no religious test for any public office or public trust"

The selection of the supreme court and/or the replacement of judges is not based on their faith or religion. It follows the rule of the separation of Church and State
