		<description>A reson it might keep disappearing is because the program is running and when it shuts down it is removed from the dock what you need to do is find the mail application drag it to the dock then right click on it and see it an option comes up to keep the icon in the dock if the option does not come up then it should be saved on the dock&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
