		<description>You can&#039;t cross the border either direction without a passport, but at 17 I&#039;m not sure that you could leave your country to come to the US without your parents or a notarized letter from them stating you have permission. In the US we get our Passports at the Post Office - go to the place where you get yours in Canada and they can tell you if you&#039;d be able to travel without your parents.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
