Orthodox Jews: Can you provide your best description of life in the messianic era?
As best you understand it, how people will live during this era? How will the world be governed? What will most of us be doing with our time? How will people change? Will there be a war before the arrival of a permanent peace? Who will be there? Who won’t? Do you believe the dead will be resurrected? What will be the state of science, technology, and medicine in this era? Please clearly state your own religious background in your response.
Non-Orthodox Jews who believe in a literal Mashiach are welcome to respond as well.

all perish: Colossians 2
Law had an expiration date: Galatians 4,
that expired 2000 years ago, and is now
as if spiritual food poison when ingested,
but can be processed as dung and flushed.
The law and the prophets were only until John,
and since then Grace and Truth are preached,
and every "man" (of child/man) presseth into it.
For God said: let us make "man" (not child, nor men).
Blessed the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Since it’s been a while and no one has answered, I’ll say this:
Jews do not dwell on details about the messianic era.
Edit: Oh, wow, I waited 16 mins and then someone beat me by 30 seconds — although still not an Orthodox Jewish answer.
