Is the orthodox christian church ever going to convert back to the catholic church?

After being in schism from the Catholic Church, is the schismatic Orthodox Church ever going to convert back to the Catholic Church? They have been separated from the Body of Christ for almost 1,000 years. Are they ever going to convert back to the faith of Christ again?

That’s a good question. Hopefully they will, for they are in a state of error in their refusal to acknowledge the authority of the Pope. I believe that one day they will rejoin the One True Church.

I believe they will reunite. A time will come when the Pope will begin to perform ‘miracles’–at least they will seem like miracles. It will appear that he is God’s chosen Apostle on earth after all and most of the Protestant churches (the renegade ‘daughters’) as well as the orthodox church will flock to the Catholic church wanting back in. At least that is what the Bible prophecies say….

Corey is right : The Orthodox Church is the only True Christian Church in existance so they have no reason to convert back to anything

The Catholic Church split from the Orthodox Church, which came before it, historically speaking. The first "split" of the "Church" was between Valentinian Gnostics and Orthodox Christians. The Orthodox Christian Church became the first standard of Christianity when an orthodox Christian instead of the Gnostic Basil Valentinus got appointed to be the bishop of Rome back in the 3rd or 4th century. Orthodox Christians censored the Gnostics. Then a split occurred, creating the Orthodox and Roman Catholic Churches –and Coptic Churches. Then several hundred years later, a split occurred between the Catholic and Protestant Church and then there formed a gazillion denominations of Protestant Churches. Yeah, when will they all ever convert back to the faith of Christ?

no as we say you are in schism- you say the creed defrently as you added the filiowue you changed the role of the Patriarch of Rome from the first amoung equals to a monarch and developed doctrines like
purgatory and other herasies so the question in our eyes is when are you going to return to the faith of the 7 eccumincal councils and stop clining to your herasies.
