I currently dont belong to a religion, but ive been to a few catholic masses and i am postitive i want to be catholic.
If you are interested in joining or just learning more about the Catholic Church, contact your local parish and ask for information about their RCIA Inquiry group.
You can go and ask any questions you want.
This is the first step in RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) but you can stop at any time.
There is no obligation to become a Catholic.

From what I know, I think Catholicism is more popular than Protestantism in places like South America, Africa and even parts of Asia, but most of these regions are inhabited by people living in impoverished conditions. Most of the Protestant regions of the world are quite wealthy so it seems as though the average wealth of a Protestant is greater than the average wealth of a Catholic. Is this true?
No. Who cares what they have. It’s their business and not yours.

Several different Greek Orthodox sects have blocked such rituals, and mock their Gods as "demons". Greece does not recognize Hellenic Polytheism as a religion. Serbia is having "Witch Hunts". Why so much opposition?
The Greek Orthodox are Christians…Hellenic Polytheism is not. Just because Hellenic rituals may have been a part of Greek culture does not mean that Greek Orthodox Christians should condone it. Orthodoxy is separate (or should be separate) from the culture. It is based on Orthodoxy in and of itself. The Orthodox theology crosses all geographic and cultural boundaries…and the Greek Orthodox sects are bound by that theology; otherwise, they would be separating themselves from true Orthodox Christianity.

Evolution has evidence that supports it and your Bible requires faith of you because it doesn’t have evidence to support it. So, why would you choose the Bible’s claims about creation over evolution?
And, no, you cannot claim that there is evidence to support the Bible; because, if there were your faith would not be required. Either your religious beliefs are faith-based or evidence based – not both. So, if you have evidence, present it. And, if you have no evidence, then why would you not accept the evidence that evolution is true?
My favorite bumper sticker: Evolution is a theory…kinda like gravity. Theory doesn’t mean that it has yet to be proven. There are many different aspects to evolution, some which have been proven, some which are almost proven, and still others that may be considered longshots. Since it has so many branches to it, that it why it is referred to as theory. The basic concept of evolution has been proven and is simulated in lab settings every day, which is gradual change in a population over time due to environmental pressure. (Also, we didn’t evolve from apes, we shared a common ancestor which we branched off from and became our own species). One of the people on here answering said that it is a theory and a bad one at that. You have obviously never been educated about biology or chemistry and are from some bible belt state that doesn’t allow evolution to be taught. I, by the way, am Christian (I’m sure some Christians would argue with that because clearly I don’t take the bible literally; only the message of servitude), and whole-heartedly know evolution is true. I also believe there is a God, because the way evolution occurred and the development of consciousness to the degree that we have, and music, art, among other things, just screams intelligent design. Have you seen Megan Fox?! How could that be an accident?

First of all why JW was created? And how is it different from Protestant? Do they use the same Bible?
I am actually interested in JW teaching… Protestant seems to be all twisted and split too much.
The history of the JW movement is quite strange, and they aren’t going to tell you about it when they show up at your door. They use their own version of the Bible that they translated themselves and which has been modified to support their views. I don’t think they are truly a protestant church because a true protestant is one who has left the Catholic church under protest. By that definition, JW’s might individually be protestant but the group overall never had any affiliation with the Catholic church. They are widely viewed as a cult and their teachings deny many of the essential truths of Christianity (the deity of Christ, the Trinity, the existence of Hell, etc.) so many people deny that JW’s are even truly Christian.

Statistically speaking here, what reason would there be for the Christian to "label" and use a "stat?" Wouldn’t that be contradictory to their beliefs about Science?
The same reason any superstitious person would, say, use a computer, or live in a house, or wear clothes.
People are willing to accept that the world works through natural laws, and reap the benefit of the study of those laws, until such a time as that method imposes on their preconceived notions.
Addendum: And even *then*, people are still more than happy to reap scientific benefits, even if they deny the validity of the method by which those benefits were produced.
I mean, you think Creationists don’t get flu shots?
