Me and my group mates have this project we need to work on. We decided on cross pollination of flowers. And we were wondering if we can cross pollinate two different kinds of flowers.
Nope, sorry. That would be like trying to get a cow to mate with a cat. Just not a good match of genes. The flowers need to be of the same species. You need to take pollen from one flower and apply it to the sticky part on the other flower.

Lately I’ve been having lots of doubts with God and stuff, we all do every once in a while, whether atheists agnostic or whatever, what’s a good book in the bible to read while having doubts? I’m planning on taking key scriptures and carrying them with me.
John 20:29
Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
Hebrews 11:1,6
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see…and without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
Matthew 21:22
If you believe you will recieve whatever you ask for in prayer.
James 1:6,7
When he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will recieve anything from the Lord.

I've always wondered how the Vatican felt about the authority of Protestant Bishops.
According to the Vatican, they have the authority to preach Jesus, but not the authority to create the Eucharist as the Body of Christ.

In the way that the Roman Catholic church does? Does the Orthodox church recommend praying to saints as a way to get one's prayers through to God, or do they believe a person can pray directly to God?
Yes, pretty much.

"For the record, Hell was created by the Catholic Church as a tool to manipulate the masses who sadly, being uneducated and illiterate, could not know otherwise. Please, stop spreading this falsehood, it really is annoying."
Hell is talked about in the NT, so how did the Catholic Church "make it up"?
the bible was put together by a council of Bishops in the 300ad's right?
I don't know about unanimously agreed on.
I think only Paul's were.
Hell is also in the OT along with Purgatory.
If Protestants would have left All of the Books in the Bible instead of reading an incomplete Bible…They'd know better.

And yes, The Bible was compiled by Catholic Bishops. All the Books were unanimously agreed upon/Canonized.

A good question for those rebuking the Bible as "Corrupted" by The Church…"Why Trust Any of It at All"?
We either got it Right or None of it is Right.

Imagine a person was not raised in the western world (as billions aren’t). They have no preconceived notions of Christianity or the bible, in fact they never heard of it. If that person were to sit down and read a bible without any outside assistance, what Christian denomination would match up the closest to what they read?
Each group would, of course, tell you they do.
God is personal so he has many expressions…they each, if he is in it, bless and build the believer.
Sounds corny, but I kind of admire the Puritans, the first Christian group in America. They were amazing, and I believe they were successful only because they fully depended on God. They are a great Christian model.

This is a question on behalf of my Dad. He's clicked on something and lost the icon that appears at the bottom right to tell you that you have mail. Does anyone know how to get it back?
JA12 – you rock. And yes, I have gone through a LOT of points today! Still can't sort the Outlook thing though.Grrr.
Close Outlook and re-open it. Try that first. If that doesn't work then you need to check the option that adds Outlook to the System Tray in Options.
Options>Preferences>E-mail options>Advanced E-mail options>Show an envelope icon in the System Tray

What happens when you cross the wires on a car battery? I have an old truck, and the wires to and from the battery are not marked/color coded. When I inadvertently hooked the positive wire to the negative terminal, the terminal smoked for a second, and one of the wires from the started relay smoked – now there is no power. Is the starter relay fried?
Your relay may be fried or it may be a much bigger problem. It could of fried the whole electrical system. I would try the relay first. If the truck is a 80 or older ford try the voltage regulator. Before you reinstall the battery mark your cables. The hot lead runs to the regulator.

I just need to kno wat the specific conflict of the Protestant Reformation…
In other words, wat started it….SPECIFIC CONFLICT OF THE PROTESTANT REFORMATION
In brief, whether the Church hierarchy and ultimately the Pope was the ultimate interpreter of Christian truth, and people needed to approach salvation through priestly intervention, or whether they could be saved through praying directly to God and reading the Bible themselves.
Let me know if you need more detail than that, but I got the idea from your question that you wanted it short and sweet.
